1. Where are you located?
Our shop office is located at 10 Woodlands Square, Solo 1 #04-45, S(737714). This is a commercial business space and located within 2 minutes walking distance from Woodlands bus terminal and MRT.
2. How do we get to your shop office?
We are located at Solo 1, Woods Square, about 2 minutes away from Woodlands MRT and Bus Interchange. We are located directly opposite Causeway Point.
3. Can we try out the clothes before buying?
You are welcome to try out the clothes before buying them. Please visit us at our RE:VIVE NOW shop office at 10 Woodlands Square, Solo 1 #04-45, S(737714). You may then purchase directly from the shop office.
4. Are the clothes clean?
We guarantee that all our preloved clothes and apparels are cleaned and sanitized for sale. The preloved clothes and apparels are washed and dry-cleaned using SPARKS Disinfectant. They are ironed and individually wrapped in plastic wraps to ensure cleanliness.
5. Are the items authentic?
We strive to provide transparency and quality in delivering our services. While we are unable to determine the authenticity of the items due to the nature of our business (preloved), we do review each item based on the quality, material used and to list the label (brand) as listed on the apparel.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 1-2 working days to prepare the items. After the order is handed over to our delivery partner, it usually takes 2-3 working days for the items to be delivered to you
7. What is your return policy?
Every product is carefully inspected before we pack and send them out. Due to the nature of our items (preloved) we do accept returns subject to meeting the criteria sets in our Return Policy as listed on our website https://revivenow.sg/return-policy/
8. Can we cancel our order?
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept cancellation of orders via a cash refund. All cancellation are refunded in the form of store credits ONLY.
9. What if I receive the wrong item?
Should you receive a wrong item, please fill in the online form from our Returns Policy page and attach a picture of the item. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
10. Do you have a minimum order policy?
We do not have a minimum order policy. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
11. What payment options do you accept?
We accept PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and GrabPay via our e-commerce payment gateway provider HitPay. We also accept Cash On Delivery.
12. How much is shipping?
We offer free delivery for orders above SGD$30. A shipping fee of SGD$5 will be charged for orders below SGD$30.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. For international orders kindly drop us an email at email@example.com
14. How do I check my delivery status?
We will provide you with a tracking number once we have handed over your delivery package to our delivery partner. You may track the delivery status from their website.
